Golden Supreme apple Apple Varieties III
Late Season

Some of the best varieties are the last to ripen. Fuji and Mutsu are two newer varieties developed in Japan that you should try if you haven't done so already. Red Delicious, Northern Spy and Rome are popular traditional American varieties, all of which arose from chance seedlings.
